Improving Access

As from the 1st April 2018 the Burney Street catchment area has reduced so that we may take care of the local residents living in and around the Surgery.

Existing registered patients will not be removed unless in the future they move home however they will be able to remain at Burney Street if they move into the new catchment area.

A list of the accepted streets can be found under the New Patients section.

Access to your medical records is at the discretion of the practice and will only be authorised by Clinicians.  If access is agreed, it will be on a ‘rolling’ basis as more information is released by the Clinical System providers. To begin with, you will only see Allergies, Medications and Adverse Reactions.

It will be your responsibility to keep your login details and password safe and secure.  If you know or suspect that your record has been accessed by someone that you have not agreed should see it, then you should change your password immediately. If you can’t do this for some reason, we recommend that you contact the practice so that they can remove online access until you are able to reset your password.
